ORDERS

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week via our web site. We do charge for your order at time of purchase and will ship your order as quickly as possible. In some cases, shipping may be delayed due to out of stock items or long delivery times.

If you have any questions regarding a product (ie. color, size, weight, material, texture, etc.) we can be reached at info@homefrosting.com. 

 

RETURN POLICY

No refunds or returns unless the item was damaged in shipping.

All non-custom, regular priced items that were received via local delivery and/or in-studio pickup may be exchanged in studio within 15 days. Sale items are final. No returns or exchanges allowed.

 

DAMAGES

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please email info@homefrosting.com with photos of the damage and you order number. We will happily file a claim and process a replacement or a refund for the item that you received. Do not throw the item out, and keep all items in their original packaging. We will email instructions on how to proceed with the claims process. Please note that ALL damages need to be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of your merchandise. Replacement and or refunds cannot be guaranteed on damaged merchandise that is not reported in a timely manner.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds for damaged items will be processed back to the original form of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

PRODUCT NOTATIONS

Please note that some of our products are antique vintage textiles, and vintage reclaimed pieces, therefore they may have blemishes. This is part of the beauty of the product. These items are meant to be unique, therefore the product cannot be considered defective.

Items that are made with natural material, such as but not limited to, agate, stone, wood, marble, etc. will all vary slightly in color and texture. Knots, chips, divots, and small cracks are not considered defects but part of the beauty of the product. 

Every monitor shows color differently. If you have any questions on a products color or texture please email info@homefrosting.com. We do our best to send additional photos and answer any questions that you may have. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm. Orders placed on the weekends will be processed the following week. 

Shipping options:

  • Local pick-up (appointment required after placing order)
  • Local delivery (FREE within 20 miles)
  • Standard delivery (charges vary)

Please keep in mind that the delivery clock starts when the package is in the hands of the carrier not when the order is placed.

We do our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible, however sometimes items are out of stock at time of purchase or unexpected delays may occur. If the item that you ordered is out of stock we will happily email you with information on when you can expect your order. 

Most items will be shipped directly from warehouse in Tampa, FL, however any items drop-shipped directly from a vendor may take longer to process. If you need rush delivery, please contact customer service prior to ordering. 

We do not ship internationally at this time. We do not ship to AK or HI at this time, only to the 48 contiguous states.
